Charity Lui supports preteens, teens and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and the impacts of adverse life experiences. It’s overwhelming and discouraging when your mental health is impacting your relationships, your work or school and your self-confidence. Charity helps you identify what is preventing you from feeling well and provides you insights, skills, and support to calm your body and your mind.
Charity is a registered social worker serving clients in both Ontario and Alberta. She has a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba and her Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization from the University of Calgary. Her experience and training include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment–Based Theory and Mindfulness Based Practice. She is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to using evidence-based therapy.
