Military veteran of 33 years, Clinical Social Worker for the last 5 of those years. I have been in private practice since releasing from the military in Aug 2016. I work from an attachment theory perspective with individuals, couples and families. I have been practicing EMDR since Sep 2019, working with individuals with a variety of trauma history. I also work with Wounded Warriors Canada as a clinician for their specialized group programs targeting first responders dealing with trauma. I'm married with two young adult children and 3 cats.
